Personal Note

My husband Jason and I have lived in the Memphis area for many years. We enjoy spending time with family and our sweet toy poodle Toby. I love to educate others regarding GI illness like hepatitis C and serve on several advisory boards. My hobbies include reading and outdoor water activities. I am about to complete my law degree which has been a life-long goal.

Education and Training

Chantil became a registered nurse in 1995 after graduating from Jackson State Community Colleges. She worked initially in oncology, then later in the cardiac areas of the hospital including the critical care units. Chantil received a Master’s degree in nursing and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002. She has been practicing in the GI field throughout her entire career. She completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2010. Chantil has been trained on the CRH O’Regan hemorrhoidal banding system and has a great deal of experience with this procedure.
