To pay your bill, you will need a unique PIN, which can be found on your billing statement. If you are unable to locate this PIN on your statement, please contact our Billing Department at 877-769-6743 for assistance.
If you have never logged into the patient portal, you will need a separate, unique PIN to create your account. To obtain this PIN and set up your patient portal account, please contact a patient representative at 901-755-9110.
